HOW WE WORK WITH THE OWNERS
1) We visit the apartment to check its context, characteristics and equipment, the apartment must be fully furnished and equipped with crockery, plates, cutlery, mattress covers, duvets, pillow presses.
2) We present our service contract, which does NOT provide exclusivity, together we make economic evaluations
3) We take care of ALL OF US operational aspects of check in- out- cleaning-laundry- linen rental, the apartment is restored and available to the owner or any other interested parties at the time of check out.

4) The apartment is monitored and controlled by Columbus, who will carry out small maintenance where necessary
